We seek an experienced Records Manager who will develop the Records Management function, champion a culture of open and rigorous information and records management, enhance good practice, and raise the profile internally in accordance with Tate’s strategic goals.
You will join the organisation at a pivotal time, as Tate is in the process of implementing a new SharePoint Electronic Document & Records Management System platform, thereby providing a digital information management solution for all Tate’s current and semi-current records now and in the future.

You will have a degree or postgraduate qualification in Records Management or equivalent related experience, and senior responsibility for records management in central government or the wider public/private sector.
The role is based at Tate Britain and works across Tate’s four sites. There is an expectation that you will work three days per week from the office and two days from home given the nature of the role.
