Job Description

We are immensely excited to bring NEON to life in London in our brand new venue, located at the iconic Battersea Power Station. You’ll play an instrumental role in creating an outstanding visitor experience for our guests to the Jurassic World Experience, an amazing immersive exhibition featuring life-sized animatronic dinosaurs.

We are creating an experience for visitors of all ages and as a Ranger you’ll welcome guests and assist them around the venue, guiding them through the immersive spaces and onto the next step of the adventure. You may bring some experience from a customer or visitor-facing role, you may have theatre, events or an immersive background or you may be completely new to this and feel you have something unique to make this extra special for our guests.

Job Requirements

Constant standing and walking: You’ll be on your feet for most of the day as you guide guests through the Jurassic World Exhibition.

Constant talking: You’ll be interacting with our guests both delivering scripted information and providing a personalised experience.

Flexible shifts: We will have various shifts available to accommodate the dynamic operating hours of Jurassic World Experience.

Fast-paced crowd environment: Thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. There will be times where you’ll need to think on your feet to best handle a situation.

Weekend and Christmas availability: You’ll be required to work two out of four weekends and the for key dates of Christmas (Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, NYE and NY Day.)
