Job Summary

We are seeking an RAD Awards Programme Officer Maternity Cover on a fixed-term basis until November 2026 to support the Academic Programme Managers in the management and delivery of several programmes of study and awards of the Royal Academy of Dance

Job Description

You will support onsite and distance learning students, liaising closely with Registry, as well as academic full-time, part-time and sessional staff to deliver an efficient, timely and professional service.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • experience of delivering administrative processes and procedures as well as servicing meetings, ideally in a higher education context
  • knowledge of digital resources to support learning and teaching – experience of using Virtual Learning Environments (e.g. Moodle) is desirable
  • strong analytical and IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and Web Content Management
  • first class customer service delivery
  • sound interpersonal and communication skills, and confidence in dealing with enquires from the general public, colleagues and students
  • excellent time management and organisation skills
