We are looking for someone who:
Has significant project management experience within the arts, culture or community sectors
Is a practising artist, creative practitioner or producer with a passion for participation and engagement
Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them to a high standard
Has experience working with communities, artists, volunteers and partner organisations
Is confident managing budgets, evaluation and reporting
Has excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced and passionate arts professional with at least four years’ project management experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative or community-based programmes. You will be a confident organiser, communicator and relationship builder who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Experience of working with artists, freelancers, volunteers, community groups and partner organisations is essential, alongside strong budget management, monitoring and evaluation skills. Applicants should have experience of participatory arts practice and a commitment to inclusion, accessibility and community engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, ambitious team are required. Knowledge of South Essex, marketing and PR experience, multi-artform project delivery and a driving licence would be advantag
