Project Coordinator

About the Role:
Big Team are seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver a new regional artist development programme. Working closely with the core team and freelancers across the network, you will lead on coordinating and managing the project, while overseeing the delivery of six open mic events. You will manage a freelance Project Assistant and Marketing Assistant, to support you in production and delivery.

The Project:
The programme will deliver a series of open mic sessions across Bristol and Gloucester, creating accessible entry points for emerging artists to:
– Build confidence for live performances
– Develop networks within the local music ecosystem
– Connect into wider talent development opportunities
