Job Description
Fresh Arts C.I.C is a new Arts Council England NPO based in Brent. We committed to making the arts more accessible for children from all backgrounds. We are in a time of exciting growth.
We are looking for a full-time programmes manager and education lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organised and forward thinking.
This person will be responsible for overseeing and developing our educational programming and supporting the wellbeing of our freelance artists.
This role will include developing programmes and curriculum planning, operational organisation -including: staffing, cover and venue bookings, managing, training and supporting our team of facilitators, evaluation and monitoring and facilitation.
This role includes some weekend working due to the nature of the programmes and TOIL will be given.
The role is based in Brent and we particularly welcome applications from Brent residents.
The salary is £33,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
Job Requirements
We would like to hear from people who are educated to a minimum of degree level and have relevant professional experience.
We are especially interested in hearing from people who are qualified teachers or have experience planning programmes of work for primary schools.
