We are searching for bright and motivated technicians to join our team at the Gillian Lynne Theatre for the run of My Neighbour Totoro.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Essential:

  • Ability to follow clear instructions
  • Ability to follow a cue sheet independently
  • Ability to work with others under instruction

Advantageous

  • Experience of undertaking stage electrician and follow-spot plots on large scale productions
  • Experience of operating a professional lighting desk such as Grand MA or ETC

Person Specification

– A quick learner who is keen to develop their knowledge

– A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances

– A proactive and calm approach to problem solving

– A positive outlook and ability to communicate effectively

Salary: £16.73/hour + overtime as required, rising in line with SOLT/BECTU agreements. 40 hours a week over 6 days.
