KitMapper Ltd
Job Summary
Job Description
KitMapper is a London-based creative production company delivering exhibitions, immersive installations, touring shows, and live events. We are a small, passionate team who care deeply about the work we make and the people we work with.
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join us in a key operational role. Working closely with the Head of Production, you will help plan and deliver projects to the highest standard: on time, on budget, and with care for everyone involved.
You will take a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle: creating timelines and install plans, coordinating equipment and logistics, supervising freelance crews on-site, tracking spend, and maintaining documentation from first brief to final pack-down. You will also oversee equipment maintenance, ensure kit is prepped and ready, and contribute to health and safety processes including risk assessments and method statements.
We are looking for someone organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with experience in a production or operations role within the arts, cultural, or creative sectors. You should be comfortable in AV and technical environments, with a solid understanding of signal flow, playback, audio, and networking. Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive ways of working are essential.
Familiarity with Float, a UK driving licence, and an interest in contemporary art and creative technologies are all desirable.
This role is offered at £31,500 p.a., with a performance bonus, 24 days holiday, flexible working where possible, and access to our workspaces at Somerset House and Forest Hill.
