Production Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Production Manager to lead the delivery of the artistic team’s vision for RSC productions and events.

Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, you will manage the safety, sustainability, schedules, budgets, and resources on productions across three theatres, from the intimate performances in https://www.rsc.org.uk/your-visit/the-other-place – The Other Place, through to large scale shows in the https://www.rsc.org.uk/your-visit/royal-shakespeare-theatre – Royal Shakespeare Theatre. You will also have opportunities to work beyond Stratford as part of our programme of work in London, national touring and beyond.

You will be working collaboratively and cross departmentally with highly skilled colleagues, including in-house specialist teams at our https://www.rsc.org.uk/about-us/how-we-make-theatre/making-scenery – scenic and https://www.rsc.org.uk/about-us/how-we-make-theatre/costume – costume workshops and stage operations departments.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

You will be working 44 hours per week, across six days Monday through to Sunday with evening and weekend work required.
