Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General administration and research assistance, as required, including preparing paperwork and reports which may be required by the Producers and General Managers.
- Scheduling, attending and taking minutes during co-producer and production meetings as required. Issuing minutes, collating and distributing all associated documentation.
- Coordinating the compiling of information for and approval of the design/layouts for production programmes.
- Working closely with the General Managers on all budgetary matters.
- Checking, processing and recording invoices and petty cash under guidance of the General Managers for any relevant production.
- Processing venue contracts and settlements
- Prepare scripts and scores ready for rehearsals and any other rehearsal setup required.
- Organising and managing house seat requests for productions.
- Sourcing and booking rooms for rehearsals and auditions.
- Preparing creative team, cast and staff contracts.
- Negotiating ensemble deals with cast/agents
- Recruiting and negotiating deals with show staff.
- Collaborate with the Company Manager & Production Manager to ensure the productions are running smoothly.
- Provide pastoral care for the company as required.
- Assisting the Casting Director in availability checks, organising auditions and ensemble offers.
- Coordinating investors with the Producers/Associate Producer
- Assisting with the coordination of child performers (with the Children’s admin team), as required.
- Organise travel, accommodation and visa requirements for productions, as required.
- Order cars, taxis and couriers, as well as making deliveries by hand, as required.
- Organising and managing press/gala nights as required by the production team.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar production role
- Confident with all MS office packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good knowledge of current UK theatre and live entertainment
- Knowledge of theatre union agreements
And will be:
- Extremely organised
- Able to prioritise a changing to-do list and stay calm under pressure
- Detail orientated
- Self-motivated and able to use their initiative
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
- Confident in managing relationships with a wide range of people, teams and organisations
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential subjects with tact, diplomacy and discretion
