We’re looking for a Producing Assistant to join our friendly team. You don’t need to have worked in the arts before – we’ll give you all the training and support you need.
This role is about helping our producers bring exciting creative projects to life. These projects might include:
-
Developing brand new ideas and projects.
-
Supporting national touring shows.
-
Helping artists at different stages of their careers.
You’ll work alongside our Executive Director, Senior Producer and Freelance Producers, learning on the job and building your skills in a supportive environment.
You don’t need arts experience. If you’ve worked in an office, retail, hospitality, volunteering, or just love organising things for family and friends – those skills are all welcome. It would be great if you support our charity’s vision, mission, values and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. We welcome lived experience of disabling or marginalising barriers.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:
-
Organised: you like keeping things neat, on time, and in order.
-
Clear: whether by email, message, or in person, you share information clearly.
-
Curious: you enjoy learning new things and asking questions.
-
Collaborative: you like supporting others and aren’t afraid to ask for help.
-
Reliable: you follow things through and enjoy getting jobs done.
What you’ll need:
-
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online meetings).
-
To be free for check-ins with your line manager during your working days (we’ll agree the times together).
