Job Description

Transform National (TN) is a two-year national programme designed to support the systemic change needed in visual arts leadership. Led by New Art Exchange (NAE), CVAN England and DASH, the programme supports emerging leaders from underrepresented groups to progress into Executive Director pathways whilst working with organisations to embed inclusive governance, organisational change and equitable leadership structures.

The Producer role sits across NAE’s Transform National, CVAN’s wider Fair + Equitable, and DASH’s Future Curators programme, helping to connect leadership development, organisational change, policy influence, and national advocacy.

The role will support programme delivery across England, working with participating organisations, CVAN’s nine regional networks and London, artists, mentors, evaluators, policy partners and funders.

Purpose of the Role

The Producer will coordinate and deliver the Transform National and Fair + Equitable programmes, ensuring strong project management, communications, organisational engagement, access provision and learning exchange.

The postholder will act as the operational lead across the partnership, supporting the delivery of leadership placements, network programmes, organisational development activities, evaluation processes, and national dissemination.

The role will help translate learning into practical tools, policy influence and future sector development.

Job Requirements

Essential Experience

Experience producing or managing complex arts, cultural or social change programmes.
Experience working across partnerships and multi-organisation projects.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Experience working with equity, inclusion and organisational change programmes.
Knowledge of the visual arts sector and leadership development.
Experience managing budgets, reporting and programme administration.
Experience coordinating events, workshops or conferences.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and across multiple workstreams.
