ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Inclusive Talent Engagement Producer to shape and develop radical, equitable and connective programmes which support the next generation develop skills, confidence and agency. We are creating the conditions for regenerative futures, this role will be pivotal in co-creating equitable, innovative programmes which enable more young people to thrive as artists, makers, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders. Our creative pedagogy aims to amplify youth voice, and enable new narratives where young people become agents of change, rather than passive recipients

You will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Upgrade Yourself Festivals, Takeovers and Monthly Sessions. You will collaborate with the team to develop our Upgrade Yourself Digital Series and support elements of Paul Hamlyn evaluation programme.

You will draw from the energy and expertise of Somerset House’s creative community, the wider sector and Somerset House’s cultural programme to shape programmes that are accessible, relevant, culturally responsive.

You are passionate about the leadership and lived experience of young people. You will be confident establishing effective impact measurement and reporting to ensure programmes remain evidence-led, and responsive to the needs of underrepresented young people.

Job Requirements

Programming and Partnerships
Shape the artistic vision and programming coherence of Upgrade Yourself Monthly’s, Festivals and Takeovers, ensuring content is artistically ambitious, relevant to young people.
Lead the research, design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality Upgrade Yourself programmes that reflect regenerative and youth-centred practice, proactively identifying themes, collaborators, and opportunities that respond to contemporary cultural, social, and political contexts.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Exhibitions, Studios, and Makerversity to leverage the Somerset House community and create meaningful cross strand programming.

Planning, Operations and Delivery
Manage all operational and logistical aspects of programme delivery, preparing production schedules, and conducting pre event briefings and post event debriefs to ensure shared understanding and quality delivery.
