Job Summary

Divided Culture Co. are looking for a Producer to join their team, for an initial period of 6-months (subject to funding extension), to support the Creative Director’s vision for 2027 growth and beyond.

Job Description

Divided Culture Co. is a multi-award winning contemporary theatre company based in Manchester. We’re looking for an interim Producer to help build the foundations for our next five years – focusing on 2027 and beyond. This is a hybrid producer role, part-time and designed to sit within a portfolio career, with a pathway to a permanent position.

Job Requirements

An experienced producer with a track record of managing projects from funding through to completion. You’ll be well-connected with funders at Greater Manchester and national level, values-led, and comfortable working independently. Experience at NPO or NGO level is desirable, as is an understanding of site-specific performance and the European landscape.
