Job title: Prints and Multiples Officer Reporting to: Project Lead, Prints and Multiples Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am–6:00pm Location: White Cube Bermondsey, London

Job Description

The Prints and Multiples Officer will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of our editions, from production to client delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills to coordinate with various internal teams and external partners, including our registrar, finance and photography teams as well as framers, fabricators and shipping providers, ensuring our editions are recorded, handled, presented, packaged and delivered to the highest standards. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining data quality and ensuring records are accurate and up to date across all internal systems.

As this area of the gallery grows, the Prints and Multiples Officer will assist with research, take part in planning conversations and participate in the development of improved processes and systems that support the implementation of our strategic vision.

The Prints and Multiples Officer will report to the Project Lead and will work in collaboration with other internal teams as Prints and Multiples is developed into an exciting new pillar for the gallery, enabling us to reach new collectors and expand our ‘offer’ to our artists.
