Job Description
We are seeking a talented and engaging performer to bring a princess character to life at a children’s event. The performer will deliver 2 x 50-minute interactive performances alongside two other actors, followed by 2 x 15-minute meet-and-greet sessions with attendees. This role requires charisma, excellent performance skills, and a genuine love for working with children.
Date: Sunday 13th July 2025
Location: Finchley Youth Theatre, 142 High Road, East Finchley, N2 9ED
Times:
10am-11am – Sound Check
11am-12pm – Costume
Event Timeslot 1 – 12-1.30pm
Break
Event Timeslot 2 – 2-3.30pm
4pm – Finish
Pay: £96-£108

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in acting, musical theatre, or live performance (experience working with children is a plus).
- Strong singing ability, as performances may involve singing Princesses signature songs.
- Strong ability to perform in a general American accent
- Ability to improvise and adapt to audience interaction while staying in character.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and patient personality.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with other performers.
- Reliable transportation to and from the event venue.
- Performer must be a size 8-12 to fit costume
