Working closely with the company’s Managing Director, this is the perfect entry level job into Arts PR. Your role will be vital in supporting the team’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Job Description

Working closely with the company’s Managing Director, this is the perfect entry level job into Arts PR. Designed for a candidate keen to explore the world of arts communication, this role provides a unique insight into key press activities and mechanisms, from implementing and building a press campaign to producing editorial pitches, generating visual press material at the highest level, managing press desks, and assisting with press trips logistics and private views for high profile events. Your role will be vital in supporting the team’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Excellent verbal and written English at native level is required, as well as high proficiency in computing and creative programs. Additional European languages are desirable but not essential. Full UK working permit/residency is essential.

Job Requirements

Person Specification:
University degree or similar, with interest in the arts and media
Outstanding writing and verbal skills (native level English)
Impeccable organisational and presentational skills
Attention to details at all levels
Highly creative with a keen eye for neat and inspiring visual presentations

Computing Skills:
Proficiency in software packages including full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (namely InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat). Any knowledge of CRM systems such as Constant Contact, Gorkana, Mailchimp etc. is a plus (but not essential)
