Job Summary
Job Description
We’re looking for a forward-thinking, community-minded professional to help lead the delivery of We Make Wycombe – an ambitious Place Partnership Programme funded by Arts Council England, The Rothschild Foundation and Buckinghamshire Council.
Hosted by Bucks Culture, this is a unique opportunity to play a central role in strengthening High Wycombe’s creative and cultural sector. You will work closely with local cultural organisations, creative practitioners and community partners to spark meaningful collaborations, build capacity and support organisations to adapt, evolve and reach new audiences.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role. You’ll help connect people and ideas, support new ways of working, and contribute to building a more inclusive, resilient and sustainable cultural infrastructure for the town.
Working alongside the Project Manager and reporting to the Core Partners (Bucks Culture, Buckinghamshire Council and The Rothschild Foundation), you’ll bring experience in partnership development, a strong understanding of placemaking and a passion for culture’s power to shape communities.
If you’re ready to help make Wycombe an even more vibrant place through partnership and creativity, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a 22 hour per week role that can be worked flexibly across the week but we do expect a good amount of time to be spent in High Wycombe.
