Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our non-profit organisation. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to helping our team fulfil our mission. This role involves a variety of administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our organisation’s impact.
Job Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience (non-profit experience preferred).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Experience with design tools such as Canva and CapCut would be welcome.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfort with basic financial tracking and reporting.
