Job Summary

The Operations and Account Manager oversees day-to-day client and venue operations and manages priorities within the agency for West End theatre shows, UK theatre tours, experiential projects and other forms of live entertainment. While the job is London based travel is sometimes required.

Job Description

-Serve as account manager across all agency projects; liaise with internal teams on timelines and deliverables, collaborating with the team on every aspect of the project, including creative development, product development, purchasing, ecommerce, and retail operations.

-Ensure all internal tracking tools (Monday.com) are regularly updated, flag any potential issues, and offer solutions to mitigate delays/setbacks.

-Prioritize importance of projects and production runs within the agency, based on internal workflow and client needs, with an understanding of inventory and financial considerations.

-Work with purchasing team, local warehouses, and other third-party vendors to manage and prioritize production and delivery schedules.

-Point of contact for West End shows, experiential projects, touring shows and touring staff (where applicable); maintain regular communication with the house regarding inventory, pricing, product menus as well as working with Finance Director to be sure theatre invoices are paid in a timely manner; process weekly orders; travel to local venues and tour cities as needed to assist with inventory checks, display updates and any other tour related administrative tasks; in rare instances it may be necessary to step in for tour managers if an emergency occurs or to cover a holiday.

-Manage and have a full understanding of our POS system Shopify; work with office and touring managers to be sure it’s always updated with new product and/or any changes to the merchandise line including pricing and inventory levels.

-Work with Managing Director to guide, create and oversee Visual Display elements across all projects; interest in design and visual display is very helpful.

-Oversee asset management for selected accounts ensuring proper inventory management and accuracy in line with all financial goals.

Job Requirements

-1-2 years of experience in account management, project management and/or marketing at an agency/client-side management role preferred.

-2 or 4-year college degree, or equivalent work experience preferred.

-Excellent verbal and written skills.

-An organized team player, with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.

-Creative individual with basic design knowledge- the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) is particularly helpful.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Desktops and Laptops and GSuite Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is preferred.

-Travel in the immediate London area and throughout the UK and internationally is required.

Physical requirements:

Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items. Frequently requires the ability to lift and move heavy (up to 25kg) and bulky items without assistance. Also, standing for long periods of time may be required as well as maneuvering stairs in the historic venues our shows reside
