Job Description
As our Membership and Systems Coordinator you’ll be the friendly face and tech-savvy brain behind our growing membership programme. Working closely with our Executive Director, you’ll help to manage, grow, nurture and and diversify our paid cultural membership community through thoughtful communication, engaging real life and online events and smart digital systems (use and analysis). You’ll also be passionate about driving lasting change, igniting meaning for the good of the Liverpool city region arts and culture sector, and in turn its connected communities.
This role is 4 days per week.
Job Requirements
Education & Training:
A relevant degree is helpful but not essential. Industry-specific training (e.g. CRM, membership growth, events management) is highly valued.
Experience:
Experience with CRM systems, digital tools, automation, and data-informed decision making is key. Practical experience in membership coordination, event planning, and marketing may outweigh formal qualifications. Familiarity with SEO, web development, email marketing, and data privacy is important.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, project and event management, and digital proficiency are required. Must be analytical, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks. Should work well independently and in a team.
Personal Attributes:
Creative, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for arts, culture, and community building in the Liverpool City Region. Applicants should be willing to learn new tech and approaches. Own laptop/phone is preferred, but not essential.
