Job Description

Are you an experienced digital and design-focused marketer with a passion for the performing arts and a flair for creativity, analysis and innovation?

Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Italia Conti’s brand, visibility, and engagement across all digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll deliver visual and written content that showcases our work, expands our reach, and enhances user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Italia Conti website, ensuring strong SEO and GEO performance.
  • Create digital and print assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity and paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Support e-commerce functionality for short course bookings.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to drive ROI.
  • Contribute to website development and digital strategy.
  • Assist with internal and external events and occasional Front of House duties during peak production periods.

  • Digitally savvy, proactive, and imaginative, with strong design and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organised and collaborative, with the confidence to suggest practical ideas.
  • Skilled in analytics and problem-solving, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.

Job Requirements

  • Creating digital assets and visual content in line with design briefs and brand direction set by the Head of Marketing.
  • Designing and producing digital assets as a central part of the role, in line with briefs and brand direction set by the Head of Marketing, working with the Marketing Assistant to create graphics, videos, animations and other content for websites, social media, email, paid advertising and print materials.
  • Keeping the website up to date and managing its ongoing development with accurate, relevant and engaging content and creating and updating website banners, graphics and landing pages. Ensuring website updates follow basic accessibility standards. Helping to keep online enquiry forms clear, working and linked to the right internal processes.
  • Managing technical, on page and off page SEO and GEO to improve search performance and maintain a high site health score and domain authority.
