Salary: £35,500 p/a (Pro-rata £21,300 @ 3 days per week)
Contract: Part-time, permanent (3 days per week)

ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our dynamic and ambitious team.
2022 marked our 20th anniversary, and as a National Portfolio Organisation (Arts Council England), this is an exciting time to be part of ZooNation. Led by Artistic Director Kate Prince MBE and Associate Artistic Director Dannielle “Rhimes” Lecointe, we are shaping a bold programme of productions, community projects, and talent development opportunities.
From our award-winning shows like Message In A Bottle and Sylvia to our upcoming Christmas production Ebony Scrooge at Sadler’s Wells East, ZooNation continues to push boundaries in Hip Hop-inspired dance theatre while supporting the next generation of artists.
Job Requirements
This is a leadership role within the organisation, responsible for:

Creating and delivering ZooNation’s Marketing & Communications Strategy.

Upholding and promoting the ZooNation brand across all channels.

Leading on digital marketing, content creation, and social media.

Managing campaigns for productions, engagement, and talent development programmes.

Line managing the Marketing & Company Coordinator.

Building relationships with press, partners, venues, and stakeholders.
