Marketing and Engagement Assistant

To support the Marketing team, passionately promoting Worcester Theatres as an organisation, all Worcester Theatres venues and the Repertory company and their productions. To promote all company and venue activities and performances to external audiences, and to drive attendance and sales, enabling financial targets to be met. To support the Creative Learning and Engagement Producer and Community Producer in providing administration support for the wide range of engagement activities and projects offered by Worcester Theatres ensuring Worcester Theatres broadens its community reach, engages new and dynamic opportunities and ensures opportunities for the future.
