About the Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop, leading a team of sales consultants and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will maintain high retail standards, motivate your team, and drive store performance through effective management and leadership. Applicants must be comfortable with daily physical activity, including lifting and carrying stock, as well as working on a busy shop floor for extended periods. Our managers work Monday to Friday but must have weekend availability to cover Assistant Manager holidays and absence. Why Join Us?
