3. The ability to work under minimum supervision and adapt work in accordance with performance requirements.
4. The ability to learn and carry out multiple dressing plots.
5. The ability to work as part of a large team.
6. The ability to build respectful rapport with actors and work with other theatre staff.
7. Good communication skills.
8. A high level of self-motivation.
