Job Description
BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.
What you’ll do
Liaise with festival departments to understand their needs and to provide details of volunteers assigned to their events.
Help raise staff awareness of the role and the function of volunteers.
Ensure there is appropriate support and training for volunteers.
Lead on the process of organising and uploading shifts for volunteers to the platform along with amending and communicating with volunteers.
What you’ll bring
Experience gained within a cultural organisation, events or other related organisation, in a similar role working with volunteers.
Experience in delivering excellent customer service, managing issues diplomatically and resolving concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
Demonstrable skill and experience in information and data management and experience using databases including Excel.
Demonstrable skill and experience working with systems and databases including StaffSavvy and Airtable.
