Job Summary

Leeds Conservatoire is excited to appoint a Manager for Leeds Junior Conservatoire, beginning in Autumn 2026. This is an fantastic opportunity to lead and develop our junior provision, with a particular focus on the successful delivery and continuous enhancement of our Saturday music school program

Job Requirements

Significant experience of working with children and young people (under 18) in a music or arts education setting.
A passion for arts education and a commitment to providing an outstanding experience for young musicians.
Experience of leading and developing educational programmes, teams or projects, with a focus on continuous improvement.
The ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with colleagues, parents/carers and external organisations to enhance opportunities for young people.
A strategic and innovative approach, with the vision to grow and develop our Junior Conservatoire while strengthening links with higher education, regional partners and the wider music sector
