Salary: £42,179 per annum pro rata
About the role
Working closely with our Yorkshire-based L&D Manager, you will be a key member of the Organisational Design and Development Team, driving essential learning and development initiatives across the British Library.
You will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programmes that support the professional growth of our employees and align with the British Library’s strategic objectives.
