Barrcroft Group is the new management of Sandpit Creations, the premier provider of creative design and bespoke fabrication for the Creative industries, with particular experience in the immersive sector.

Founded in January 2023, Sandpit Creations brings together a collective of creative skills. our tight knit collaborative nature ensures that every part of the process from initial concept to final delivery is second to none.

We are looking for an experienced multiskilled set builder and prop maker to take a lead on day to day builds in our workshop near Gravesend in Kent. We cover a range of different creative disciplines including, carpentry, metalwork, scenic art, prop making, large fibreglass modelling, fabrics and costume and creative technology. While it is not vital to be an expert in all of these areas, we are looking for someone who has a base level of understanding of a wide array of creative disciplines. We often have several projects running simultaneously and are looking for someone who is confident and experienced in coordinating workshop space, leading a team of freelancers and managing resources to ensure all jobs are delivered to a high standard.
