Job Description
Join our growing production team and develop your career in event management! We’re seeking a motivated Junior Production Manager to support high-profile live events and outdoor productions.
What you’ll do:
Support multiple event productions
Assist with budgets, client relationships, and vendor management
Help supervise production teams and technical equipment (sound, lighting, AV)
Contribute to business development and quality assurance

Job Requirements
What we need:
Some experience in stage management, sound, lighting, or AV
Good communication skills and developing leadership abilities
Physical fitness for manual work Clean UK driving licence (2+ years)
Passion for creative projects and outdoor arts
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
