Job Summary
Job Description
We are now looking to recruit a Junior Editor & Creative to join our post-production team. This role is suited to a technically confident, creatively curious editor with professional experience in post-production. You’ll work across editing, delivery, quality control, and MCR operations, supporting a busy slate of broadcast, digital, short, and long-form projects.
The position offers hands-on exposure to established post-production workflows alongside emerging AI-assisted creative processes within a collaborative environment.
AI & Emerging Workflows
Applicants should have a solid understanding of, or practical experience with, AI-assisted creative workflows and tools such as MidJourney, Sora, Seedance, Runway, VEO / Veo, and similar platforms, and be comfortable integrating AI-generated assets into professional post-production pipelines.

Job Requirements
Skills & Experience Required
– Experience in a post-production, editing, or MCR role
– Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and Adobe Workflows (essential)
– Experience in After Effects
– Experience editing broadcast and digital audio formats
– High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
– Clear communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach
– Some design experience would be beneficial but not essential
