Jewellery Sales, Brand & Marketing Assistant

Rachel Entwistle is looking for an exceptional Sales, Brand and Marketing Assistant.

How you will contribute:

• Present the Rachel Entwistle universe, by giving details on collections and inspirations with a storytelling approach, when needed
• Ensure customers are cared for and connected with and that you build sustainable relationships with them
• Creative merchandising and taking care of the store space to ensure high standards are met. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
• Handle all customer enquiries with care and intention via phone, email and in person and seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
• Work directly with the founder, studio manager and ops team to ensure all day to day activities are supported for example updating the website, managing photos, producing graphics and brand material (on canva or photoshop)
• Producing images and videos for social media to tell the story of the brand, studio and designs. Thinking innovatively about how you can engage our audience.
• Open and close the Store according to the needs of the business

Suitable applicants will have an understanding of the workings of a small brand or studio with experience in sales and social media or marketing. We are looking for candidates with excellent sales, written and verbal communication skills who can contribute ideas and vision to our sales and social media activities and help tell the Rachel Entwistle story to our community.

We are looking for a candidate for 2-4 days including one day at the weekend. There may be extra hours at busy periods.
