IT Operations Manager

The Royal College of Music is one of the world’s greatest conservatoires, training gifted musicians from all over the world for international careers as performers, conductors and composers. We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• You will be an experienced IT professional with experience of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Network maintenance, SQL servers and cloud technologies.
• You will have experience of IT Service Management and working to SLA’s.
• You will have a good understanding of cyber security challenges and how to minimise the risks and impacts.
• You will have with strong team management skills and effective delegation.
• You will have good project management stills.
• You will be committed to delivering an excellent service for our students and staff.
