Key Duties
- Working closely with IWM’s Internal Communications Officer (Corporate), develop and deliver a proportion of IWM’s internal communications platforms and activity, including regular staff Intranet and newsletter content.
- Support with intranet content daily, ensuring organisation-wide representation.
- Monitor the internal comms inbox and general enquiries.
- Build positive relationships with staff across all branches to help instil and promote a culture of effective internal communications across all branches.
- Develop and support with internal events and functions – some weekend and evening work may be required.
- Support the Communications Manager (Internal) with drafting content for Quarterly ELT Updates.
- Deputise for the Communications Manager (Internal) where necessary.
