Job Summary

IWM is seeking a creative internal communications professional to support content creation and delivery across channels including the intranet, eNews, and staff events (onsite and virtual), reaching around 600 staff.

Job Description

Key Duties

  • Working closely with IWM’s Internal Communications Officer (Corporate), develop and deliver a proportion of IWM’s internal communications platforms and activity, including regular staff Intranet and newsletter content.
  • Support with intranet content daily, ensuring organisation-wide representation.
  • Monitor the internal comms inbox and general enquiries.
  • Build positive relationships with staff across all branches to help instil and promote a culture of effective internal communications across all branches.
  • Develop and support with internal events and functions – some weekend and evening work may be required.
  • Support the Communications Manager (Internal) with drafting content for Quarterly ELT Updates.
  • Deputise for the Communications Manager (Internal) where necessary.
