Guiding project teams through the MHM insight process, promoting a positive culture to get the absolute best out of our team.

Business-Winning, Scope, Design, and Persuade

You will be a key figure in generating new and retaining existing business by maximising value at every touchpoint. You will scope and design innovative research projects that precisely address client needs and maximise value. Taking a leading role in developing and delivering compelling research proposals and pitches to persuade potential clients to choose us. Actively maintain deep relationships with key clients to ensure we remain their go-to agency and can continuously demonstrate the impact of our work.
