Deliverables:
Monthly Ignite e-newsletter – showcasing local creatives & creative opportunities
Monthly Ignite online Hub – 1.5hr online meeting bringing creatives together to share ideas and find collaboration opportunities Monthly Ignite in person Social – 2nd Thursday of the month, 7-9pm, in-person social, providing inspiring talks from local and national creatives and networking opportunities
Monthly Ignite Partner meeting – 2hr evening meeting, bringing together Ignite Partners (i.e. steering group) to plan and review Ignite business with Culture Chelmsford
Updating Ignite Member Directory – updating the Ignite Member Directory when new members sign up
Culture Chelmsford communities – working Culture Chelmsford team to align and cross promote work of Ignite with the wider Chelmsford Community groups Spark! and Cultural Connectors.
The timing for all of these deliverables is flexible so long as a regular rhythm can be established, so we would like to hear a proposal from applicants for how they would like to manage their time throughout the week. Ideally in-person Socials would remain on the evening of the 2nd Thursday of the month, but we are also open to discussing this if needed.
(1 day a week @ 7.5hrs), plus pension package

We also have a weekly in person Culture Chelmsford team meeting which the successful applicant would attend.

As the driving force behind the Ignite Chelmsford creative network, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening and sustaining the city’s creative ecosystem. You will lead engaging in-person and online events, curate meaningful communications and create a regular rhythm of opportunities for creatives to meet, collaborate, upskill and support one another.
This role provides a vital platform for connection, professional growth, and advocacy-ensuring the creative sector continues to thrive and remains aligned with Chelmsford’s Cultural Strategy.
