Are you passionate about excellent customer service? At LW Theatres we strongly believe every customer experience should be truly extraordinary. We are looking for a proactive and engaging Retail Supervisor to join our team at His Majesty’s Theatre.

The Guest Experience team are the face of His Majesty’s Theatre and play a key role in ensuring our guests are welcomed into a safe and secure environment. The Retail Supervisor will assist leading this team to drive sales both inside the auditorium and behind retail positions. They will have an eye for detail and lead a small team to maintain an exemplary level of customer service at all times.

As Retail Supervisor, you will be supervising our Merchandise and Retail Operation across the building, ensuring sales are driven and all our guests receive the highest standard of service.

The role, though largely performance based will include additional administrative shifts per week.

Rate of pay: £14.91 per hour, 30 hours a week, 6 days per week

Deadline for applications: Monday 30th June.

This role may close early if a sufficient number of applications are received.

Job Requirements

What we need…

Previous supervisory experience with an understanding of Retail operations.

Previous experience of stock management and working with EPOS systems.

Confidence leading a small team.

Experience dealing with difficult situations and successfully resolving conflict.

A calm and efficient approach when presented with fast evolving incidents.

Passion for exemplary customer service, to ensure our guests’ experience is memorable.

The ability to build a strong rapport with guests in an engaging and professional manner.

A team player who is comfortable working as part of a family of individuals.

A “can do” attitude with the ability to adapt to the fast pace of live theatre.

A conscientious approach; with an eye for detail.
