Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Lighting and Video (LX) with extensive experience in large-scale productions to lead the delivery of all lighting and video elements.

Job Description

As Head of Lighting and Video, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of complex lighting and video systems. This includes supervising the Deputy Head of Lighting and Video and departmental assistants. The department will also encompass Fire and Smoke Effects

Job Requirements

-Proven and extensive experience managing Lighting and Video on technically complex productions.
-Experience in maintaining large-scale lighting rigs, complex set electrics, and video infrastructure.
-Thorough working knowledge of lighting and video systems, including media servers (e.g. Disguise, Pixera, or similar), video wall systems, and Lighting control desks (e.g. ETC EOS).
-Experience with Fire, Smoke, and Haze effects, as well as special effects operation.
-Comfortable working at height and in fast-paced, collaborative backstage environments.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
