Nottingham Playhouse is looking for a dynamic and motivated Head of Sales and CRM to lead our Box Office operation and customer relationship management strategy.

We want our theatre to be a space where everyone feels they belong and our shows, productions and participation and Amplify programmes reach widely into our city and community.

As Head of Sales and CRM, you’ll be at the centre of our relationships with our audiences, participants and supporters. You’ll:

  • Drive income through revenue management, dynamic pricing and sales campaigns
  • Lead and motivate our friendly Box Office team, delivering an outstanding customer experience whether online, by phone or in person
  • Manage our CRM system (Spektrix) to maximise sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Be our Data Champion, overseeing customer data insights to support marketing and business decisions

We’re seeking someone with:

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership in a busy venue
  • Strong technical skills with CRM systems and data analysis
  • Excellent customer service with industry best practice knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Understanding of data management
