Governed by a cultural leadership board and with ambitious plans for the future, the Peterborough Cultural Alliance champions Peterborough and works to maximise the growing potential of the city’s arts, heritage and culture sector.

Who we are looking for
Our Head of Place and Partnerships will lead and manage strategic partnerships and place-focused initiatives enhancing cultural development, inclusion and sustainability, co-commissioning programmes and building lasting partnerships with multiple stakeholder groups.
You will bring a strong track record in cultural development, alongside excellent collaboration, project management skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders across sectors to drive initiatives that support sustainable cultural infrastructure, economic growth, and social inclusion.
A champion of both the city and the power of culture, you will have experience working with local authorities, the third sector, businesses, investors, and funders. As PCA leader, you will foster a high-performance environment, supporting our small team to deliver a joyful and productive working culture.
