Mosaic Rooms is in a phase of deep strategic visioning work, an exciting environment for an experienced fundraising leader who is motivated by building sustainable support for the cultural, artistic, and socially-engaged work that takes place here.
We’re seeking someone who understands the current challenges in the cultural and funding landscape and who approaches fundraising beyond income generation, as relationship-building grounded in shared values and long-term solidarity. You will be
excited by the opportunity to shape a newly independent organisation at a pivotal stage, and motivated to contribute to Mosaic Rooms’ long-term resilience, relevance and
impact.

You are:
An experienced fundraising leader with a strong track record of securing
significant funding from trusts, foundations and public funders and major
donors, and with established networks across donors, funders and solidarity
communities.
A strategic thinker able to design and implement fundraising infrastructures
from scratch, set targets, forecast income, and align development strategy with
organisational priorities.
An exceptional relationship-builder, who can work credibly with artists, curators,
trustees, funders, community partners and networks of solidarity, and who is
committed to ethical, values-led fundraising.
You are as comfortable shaping long-term strategy as you are delivering
practical fundraising activity. You thrive in collaborative environments, and you
are adaptable, proactive, generous in approach and confident leading initiatives
while contributing to a shared organisational culture
