We are looking for a Head of Communications and Development

Job Requirements

You have proven ability to think and work both on strategic and practical levels; you are impact-driven and not afraid to take initiative. You have at least five years of experience in responsible communications, partnerships, or development roles, with strong understanding of the arts and culture sector.

You have demonstrable success leading communications in international context, in building partnerships and delivering impact. You are fluent in English and Finnish, and have excellent ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences and contexts.
