To lead the Museum’s commercial strategy, bringing together visitor experience, admissions, retail, venue hire, marketing and digital channels to create an integrated customer journey, grow audiences and increase sustainable earned income. The role provides strategic leadership for the Museum’s commercial portfolio, ensuring income-generating activity supports the long-term sustainability, accessibility and financial resilience of the National Justice Museum and its heritage assets, while working collaboratively with specialist functional leads across the organisation

Job Requirements

Senior commercial leader with extensive experience driving revenue growth, commercial strategy and innovation across customer-focused environments.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and using commercial data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Proven ability to develop and deliver commercially viable strategies that balance financial objectives with organisational purpose and customer experience.
Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing external partners, suppliers and procurement processes, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven and confident working with CRM, EPOS, ticketing and other systems to identify opportunities and translate insight into action.
Entrepreneurial approach to developing new income streams, improving resilience and enhancing reach.
Collaborative leader who builds capability, communicates a clear vision and works effectively across teams.
