As a member of our Guest Experience team, you will be the friendly face of Fulham Pier and will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest journey from start to finish.

Job Requirements

A background in hospitality, tourism or entertainment is highly desirable as you will be the face of the Fulham Pier experience, where no two days are ever the same!
In this dynamic role, attention to detail will be crucial, especially during fast-paced and complex work situations, such as multiple onsite events.
Your proactive approach will be highly appreciated as you overcome challenges with a cool head, ensuring seamless experiences for our guests.
