Grow is looking for an experienced Grow Manager to help lead the day-to-day running of our canalside venue.
Grow is a fast-paced independent venue where caf culture, global music programming and community events meet, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in busy cultural spaces and enjoys helping a venue come alive from daytime service through to late-night music.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone confident running busy shifts, supporting teams and keeping the venue flowing across both daytime caf service and evening events.
You’ll be the senior manager on shift, coordinating Duty Managers and front-of-house teams while ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-run environment.
