Job Summary

This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the office while supporting general management operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks related to producing and production, HRM, employee support and office management.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You must be able to build trusting relationships with colleagues and be able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information. You will have co-ownership for the smooth implementation and administrative running of some of the HR systems. You will be passionate about being a key player in creating a supportive, inclusive and positive environment in a theatrical setting.
