Job Description

Together In Musical Expression (T.I.M.E) is an inclusive music charity delivering creative, accessible experiences across SEN schools, care homes, mental health settings, dementia groups and community spaces across Essex. Since 2014, our work has focused on connection, confidence and creativity through music.

We are seeking a Fundraising & Partnerships Manager to support the next stage of T.I.M.E’s development. This role will focus on generating sustainable income, strengthening partnerships, and expanding our supporter network. You will work closely with the directors to identify funding opportunities, develop relationships, and help raise the charity’s profile.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, shaping strategy, and working within a small, values-driven organisation where their work will have visible impact.

No deadline for the role. Will close when the appropriate candidate is chosen.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in fundraising, partnerships or income generation within the charity or non-profit sector

Demonstrable success in securing funding through grants, trusts or partnerships

Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling funding applications

Confidence building and maintaining professional relationships with a range of stakeholders

Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently

An understanding of community fundraising and corporate partnerships

Willingness to support profile-raising activity including social media, PR or events

A genuine interest in inclusive arts, music and social impact

Ideally based in Essex/can travel to Leigh on sea 1/2 day per week.
