Full-Time Freelance PA / Studio Assistant

Ready for a unique, hands-on role at the heart of Nicholas H Wood’s creative studio, specialising in stunning handmade plaster casts? You’ll be packing orders, handling customs, organising art workshops, and managing our busy studio calendar to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll communicate directly with customers, support tutors during workshops, organise weekly life drawing sessions, and assist in our Bath shop when needed. Managing stock, sourcing materials (car essential!), coordinating volunteers and interns, and using AI tools like ChatGPT to boost your productivity will also be key parts of the role.

This is a full-time freelance position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, offering an hourly rate of £12.21.

As a freelance role, you must have your own Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) and be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions.
