Job Summary
Part time (28.5 hrs p/week) and £20,525 (£13.85 p/hour) We are looking for a Front of House role to cover maternity leave until 5 September 2025.
Job Description

- Able to safely lift and move objects around building
Job Requirements
1. Customer Care and Communications
- Being front face of OH
- Provide briefing to venue hire clients incl fire evacuation
- Ensure hirers comply with our events license
- Deal with requests for information on Oxford House
- Inform visitors about our programme o
2. Caf
- Taking orders and serving customers drinks
3. Health and Safety
- Follow OH’s safety procedures including risk assessments, fire safety, first aid & safeguarding
4. Administration
- Taking enquiries, visits, and bookings for hire spaces
- Collating visitor data on visitor numbers and community hirer and resident companies
5. General
- Able to work flexible
- Able to safely lift and move objects, subject to our safe working practices
- Meet regularly with the Operations Manager for supervision
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required
